Welcome to the John G. Rangos Sr. School of Health Sciences at Duquesne University!

We are proud of our commitment to health professions education begun over a decade ago. The Rangos School is the academic home to programs in Athletic Training (B.S.), Health Management Systems (B.S., M.H.M.S.), Occupational Therapy (M.S.), Physical Therapy (D.P.T.), Physician Assistant (M.P.A.), Speech-Language Pathology (M.S.), and Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science.

Our programs emphasize the scientific and interpersonal aspects of clinical practice and typify teamwork and collaboration among the various health professionals in the modern American healthcare environment. Students in the Rangos School are challenged with contemporary curricula, clinically-skilled, nationally-known faculty, master their clinical skills in state-of-the-industry laboratories, and have varied and excellent internship/clinical placements. Faculty are contemporary clinicians actively engaged in clinical practice who serve as national accreditation site reviewers in almost every discipline. All of the programs housed in the Rangos School are fully accredited. Graduates are rewarded with a 99% placement rate in all majors.
