Professional Narrative:
As an assistant professor and academic fieldwork coordinator at Duquesne, I strive to provide students the most current educational and fieldwork opportunities available. I take my education responsibility seriously by preparing each student for contemporary occupational therapy practice. I work diligently in using technology to augment classroom experiences, having students base decisions on current professional literature, and continuing my own education. It is my belief that occupational therapy is a healthy, exciting, career choice and I feel each interaction with a student provides me with an opportunity to learn as well as to share my knowledge.
