Areas of interest include children with language disorders, as well as children and adults with traumatic brain injury.

Professional Narrative:
Mrs. Marra is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology. She received her bachelor's degree from Duquesne University and her master's degree from Kent State University.
Mrs. Marra has been a practicing clinician in the field of speech-language pathology since 1984. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient and acute-care settings with both pediatrics and adults who have neurological impairments. At Duquesne, she provides clinical instruction to graduate students in the Child Language Clinic. In addition, she teaches the undergraduate course entitled “Normal Speech and Language Development.”
